Terms of Participation

By accessing and participating in this private Alpha experience (the “Test”), you agree to the terms below.

1. Purpose of the Test

Seconds is an early stage, invite only version of the platform, provided to gather feedback and insights from selected participants (“Firsts for Seconds”). This is not the final product. Features may change, be incomplete, or be unavailable at any time.

2. Eligibility and Access

Your access is limited, private, personal, and non transferable. You agree not to share access, attempt to bypass access controls, scrape content, or use the Test in a way that interferes with the experience for others.

3. Data and Privacy

We collect limited usage data to understand how the Test is used and to improve Seconds. We do not sell your personal data. By participating, you agree to our Privacy Policy and understand we may use aggregated or anonymized insights to improve the product.

4. Feedback

Feedback is voluntary and appreciated. You grant Seconds a royalty free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and incorporate your feedback into Seconds and related materials, without compensation to you. We may use feedback in an aggregated or anonymized form.

5. No Guarantees and Availability

The Test is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Participation does not guarantee access to future versions or the public launch. We may modify, suspend, or revoke access at any time.

6. Complimentary Membership Access

As a thank you, participants will receive 120 days of complimentary membership access (typically $100 per year). This has no cash value and is non transferable. We may notify you before the 120 day period ends.

7. Code of Conduct

Seconds is built on respect, curiosity, and momentum. Disrespectful, abusive, illegal, or exploitative behavior may result in removal from the Test.
